CDL-A Truck Driver - Recent Grads, Paid Training

Panhandle drivers: a regional fleet out of Mobile that runs east of Denver and stays out of the Northeast.

No experience? That is fine here. Recent CDL school graduates are hired for this route and trained on the job.

Money and miles

• Paid $650 per week in training
• Guaranteed $1,000 a week for your first 90 days solo
• $1,200 to $1,800 average per week
• 1,800 to 2,900 miles weekly
• Home every two weeks
• $15 stop pay, $75 plus miles on short hauls

Your first six weeks, step by step

It starts with a phone call. Our recruiter checks your license and driving record with you up front, so you know where you stand.

Orientation takes 2 days at most. We cover the hotel and pay you back for a one-way bus ticket. Once you are hired, orientation pays $300.

Then 4 to 6 weeks on the road with a trainer. They sit beside you while you learn to back up, plan a trip, run your logs and fuel. You earn $650 a week the whole time.

Then the truck is yours. An assigned truck, about 1.5 years old on average, automatic or 10-speed. Your first 3 solo months come with a $1,000 weekly guarantee.

The things new drivers ask most

• "My backing is rough." That is normal. You practice for weeks with a mentor beside you before you run solo.
• "I have a ticket on my record." Up to 2 moving violations in the last 2 years is fine. The recruiter checks yours with you on the first call.
• "What if my first solo weeks are slow?" You still get at least $1,000 a week for your first 3 months.
• "Will I be gone for months?" No. You are home every two weeks.

Day to day

Mixed lanes and customers, drop and hook, live loads and preloads.

Holidays are voluntary.

To qualify

• Age 21+
• Class A CDL: new grads with at least 120 training hours are welcome, or 6 months of recent experience
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years, max 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• Able to pass a DOT medical exam and a hair and urine drug screen
