CDL-A Truck Driver - Reefer Freight - 0.71 - 0.75 CPM -Home Weekly

We’re hiring CDL-A truck drivers within 60 miles of Yorktown, IN. Run a regional reefer account hauling palletized groceries — no-touch freight with steady miles and weekly home time.

Pay

• Starting pay: 0.71–0.75 CPM (annual increases up to 0.78 CPM)

• Average weekly gross: $1,635–$1,770

• Top 20% earn $115,000+ annually

• $5,000 sign-on bonus

• Extra pay: $50 layover | $19/stop (8–10 stops weekly) | Detention $12.50/hr store / $18/hr backhaul

Home Time & Schedule

• Home weekly with 34-hour reset at home

• Dispatch windows: midnight–3 PM (varied start times)

• Work week: Monday–Saturday (limited Sunday deliveries)

• Shifts average 11–14 hours/day

Freight

• Reefer trailers hauling groceries

• Palletized freight — driver no-touch (stores unload trailers)

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A

• 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience (within last 3 years)

• Must have experience with trailers at least 48 ft

• No more than 2 moving violations in 12 months OR 3 in 36 months

• Cannot be terminated from last driving job for safety reasons

• No felony convictions for sex, drugs, theft/fraud, or violence within past 5 years

• No Clearinghouse violations ever

• No SAP drivers

• Must pass urine and hair drug test
