Some drivers want to be home every weekend. Others want to stay out for weeks and stack miles. This fleet out of Gary lets you pick, and it hires brand new CDL holders from the South Bend area with paid training.

Your Home Time, Your Choice

• Home weekly, every weekend or every 2 weeks
• Or stay out longer for bigger checks
• Weekend work is voluntary

Pay

• $1,100 to $1,700 average weekly gross
• 1,700 to 2,400 miles a week
• $15 stop pay, $75 plus miles on loads under 100 miles
• Performance bonus plan
• $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo

Training

• 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer
• $650 a week training pay

The Freight

• Dry van loads to and from the Northeast, all east of the Mississippi
• Drop and hook, preloads, live loads and live unloads
• Riders and pets after training

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, 21 or older
• New drivers: 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school
• Experienced: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Pass hair and urine drug testing
