No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years

No more than two (2) in any 12-month period

No more than one (1) in the most recent 12-months

No DWI/DUI Convictions in the past (3) years

**No more than nine (9) driving jobs in the past three (3) years (including orientation only)

NO UNEMPOYMENT OVER 30 DAYS WITHOUT CAUSE
