CEI Senior Project Engineering Inspector

Position Overview:
KEITH is seeking a CEI Senior Project Engineering Inspector to lead and oversee Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring extensive CEI experience, strong leadership, and technical expertise to mentor teams and support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage CEI projects at FLL, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards.
• Supervise and mentor project teams, including inspectors and engineers, to ensure quality project execution.
• Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
• Conduct field inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and agencies to facilitate project completion.
• Prepare and review project reports, pay estimates, change orders, and documentation required for compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to resolve construction-related issues.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet company and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in CEI, Airport, transportation, or infrastructure construction projects.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to make decisions in the field.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
