Starting Pay - $15 per hour + uncapped sales & repair commission potential.
Top performers earn an average of $550/month on top of their base hourly rate, based on Repair & Sales Commissions

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:
- 1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience (preferred)
- 6+ months of experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems.
- Experience in replacing LCD on smartphones.
- Actual repair experience on hardware devices, preferably with soldering experience.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule. Store hours are Monday-Saturday, 10 am-7 pm. Sundays 12 pm-5 pm. Work hours will vary per week.
- A passing background check (criminal and drug test)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
As a retail technician, here’s what you can expect to do:
- Drive the company van to do the repairs in your assigned area.
- Ensuring legal and safety protocols are in place in vans.
- Travel for this roster should be expected up to 100% of the time to meet with customers in their homes or places of business.
- Be the face of uBreakiFix and deliver award-winning, personalized customer experiences.
- Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices.
- Enhance customer experience with our ‘serve, solve, and sell’ method, helping bring the uBreakiFix Connected Home product to all customers (selling on every transaction)
- Achieve sales goals.
- Manage inventory.
- Organize same-day pick-up inventory (packing, shipping, receiving, and handing off packages to delivery drivers)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver programs/processes and provide feedback
- Self-manage and set priorities.
- Multi-task in a fast/retail environment
