Cell Saver

Job Title: Cell saver       

Location: Fairfield, CA

Travel: N/A

Duties:

• Provide auto transfusion services for thoracic, vascular, orthopedic, neurosurgery and other surgical procedures
•  The contractor will provide the Operating Room Scheduling Office and Operating Room equipment custodian a minimum of two weeks’ notice of any dates of non- availability to perform cell saver services

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medical ethics, operating and maintaining cell saver equipment, medical hygiene and sanitation, risk management.
• Able to provide services and readily available support 24/7, due to unforeseen emergent procedures and schedule changes.

Education/Experiences:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience within the past 3 years.
