Job Description - Center Director

Are you a leader who takes initiative and believes in early childhood education? Wonderspring Early Education is looking for a Center Director for our Havertown Center, nurturing little learners from toddlers, preschoolers and kindergarten aged children.

Maintain all regulatory and licensing standards to keep us shining bright.

Your Special Skills & Qualities

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or Elementary Education
PA Director’s Credential, required
At least 2 years related center management experience of mid-size Early Childhood programs
Experience successfully partnering with multiple agencies, preferred
Outstanding relationship builder within community
Demonstrated ability to manage the successful day to day operations of a high-quality center
Knowledge and understanding of Keystone STARS
Knowledge and experience with Creative Curriculum & PATHS, preferred
