Job Title: Center for Digital Thriving (CDT), Executive Assistant (Part-time)

Schedule: 12 hours/week
Description:The Center for Digital Thriving, based at Project Zero at Harvard Graduate School of Education, is seeking a remote Executive Assistant (12-14 hours per week) who will perform a variety of administrative activities and report to the Center’s Executive Director.
Hours are flexible, though the team prefers to have someone work at least (2) hours mid-day on Mondays to align with team meetings.
Position Description:
Expense Processing: Manage reimbursements and Concur reporting process for the Executive Director and, as needed, other team members.
Travel Booking: Book travel (flights, trains, hotels) to support Center activities.
Meeting Logistics: Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, make room reservations as needed, manage calendar invitations, and order/organize supplies for special meetings.
Finance Support: Work with the Core Team and Director of Finance to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and planning related to grant fund allocation.
Record Keeping: Support note taking and record keeping for the Center team, based on direction and guidance from other team members.
Communications: Review and proofread final documents and other content. Prepare final versions for distribution as needed.
File and Supply Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical files and supplies, ensuring efficient retrieval and secure storage.
Special Project Support: Additional activities as schedule and availability allows, e.g., supporting literature review and citation checking; curating resources from across other university centers; (if local, not required) attending on-campus events as a Center representative as needed and reporting to team members.

- Experience with p-card reconciliation and travel reimbursements (including Concur platform) is a plus, though not required.
- Administrative experience required.
