Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Administration: Provide visionary leadership, ensuring all operations align with our mission and standards.


• Sales & Marketing: Boost enrollment through strategic marketing and community engagement.


• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated team of educators.


• Parent & Community Relations: Build strong, inclusive relationships with families and the community.


• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe, secure environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.


• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a management role within Early Education.
