Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- Full time position, ability to work nights and weekend
- 1+ years of center manager experience in related field OR 3+ years supervisory experience in a sales driven company
- Ability to handle managerial functions
- A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage center productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved
- Ability to achieve results through others
- Ability to manage budget within guidelines based on center’s trend and projection
- Understanding of market trends and activities
- Ability to problem solve and work through issues
- Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction
- Ability to evolve with changing environment
- Passion to support and represent the EWC value
- Experience with Zenoti is preferred but not required
