We’re seeking a motivated, people-focused Center Manager who loves the challenge of running a business, leading a team, and creating meaningful connections in the community. You’ll oversee the full operation — from team performance and sales goals to customer experience and local marketing. A key part of your week will include visiting neighboring businesses one to two days per week to introduce our services, develop partnerships, and generate new opportunities that help the center thrive.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT
Lead from the Front: Guide and support your team to deliver excellent service and consistent performance across all areas of the business.
Drive Results: Monitor sales, margins, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet and exceed weekly and monthly goals.
Build Community Presence: Actively network with local businesses, offices, and organizations to promote our services and strengthen community ties.
Develop Your Team: Recruit, train, and coach associates, ensuring every employee feels confident, capable, and motivated to succeed.
Ensure Smooth Operations: Oversee scheduling, workflow, inventory, and store presentation to maintain a clean, efficient, and customer-ready environment.
Manage Financials: Keep a close eye on costs, analyze P&L performance, and identify ways to improve profitability and efficiency.
Create Loyal Customers: Provide solutions, resolve concerns quickly, and make every customer interaction a positive one.
Market with Intention: Execute and measure local marketing and outreach initiatives that attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Report and Improve: Share weekly and monthly performance summaries with ownership and continuously seek ways to improve systems and outcomes.
WHAT YOU BRING
2+ years of management or leadership experience in retail, service, or a customer-facing environment.
- Proven ability to grow sales and drive measurable KPIs through effective coaching and leadership.
- A hands-on approach to both people and numbers — you’re as comfortable mentoring staff as you are reviewing a P&L.
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and reporting software.
- Confidence in representing the business professionally during community visits and networking.
- Physical ability to handle general retail duties (lifting, restocking, light equipment handling).
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Coursework or degree in Business, Marketing, or Management.
- Background in franchise, logistics, or service-based retail operations.
- Experience executing local marketing or partnership programs.
