As our Center Manager in Union, NJ, you’ll be the face of the brand, the heartbeat of the community, and the driver of transformational results. We’re looking for a high-energy, purpose-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment—and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, hit the mic, and inspire a room.

What You’ll Do:

Coach & Inspire:

Lead 1–2 high-energy fitness classes per day (kickboxing, strength, HIIT-style)
Build community and connection through motivation, energy, and expert instruction
Model the MAX mission: fitness, nutrition, and unmatched support

Drive Growth & Sales:

Own the sales process from lead to conversion—calls, texts, tours, closes
Drive revenue through new enrollments, memberships, and upsells
Exceed monthly sales goals and earn commissions & bonuses for doing it!

Market Like a Pro:

Execute local marketing campaigns—grassroots to digital
Host in-center events, referral programs, and pop-ups in the community
Build strong relationships with members, prospects, and partners

Manage Day-to-Day:

Oversee staff, schedules, daily ops, and member engagement
Ensure every class and every visit is a 10/10 experience
Report key performance metrics to the leadership team

What You Bring:

• Experience in fitness, retail, or franchise management preferred
• Charisma, confidence, and the ability to light up a room
• Sales-minded mentality with proven track record of hitting goals
• Passion for helping others live happier, healthier lives
• CPR/AED certified (or willingness to obtain)
• Group fitness certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
