Job Description - Central Resource Coordinator


Who you are: 


You are organized and detail orientated. You outline your tasks and tend to have a plan that allows you to be efficient with your day. You love being a part of a team and you bring joy to every room you walk in. You thrive in an environment that is productive and efficient. You enjoy having a plan month in advance and accomplishing different tasks leading up to the completion of a project.


What you'll do: 



  • Prepare, receive, and organize resources for events across all locations, including summer programming

  • Inventory, restock, and organize items returned to the Distribution Center following events

  • Maintain Resources and Distribution Center Calendar

  • Attend supply list meetings for all events

  • Maintain the organization and inventory of Distribution Center Event Resources

  • Prepare projects for volunteers as needed

  • Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff

  • Assist with the organization of storage areas

  • Maintain internal expense system


Skills & Experience you've had:



  • High School Diploma

  • 2-3 years of office experience

  • Ability to lead and encourage volunteers

  • High level of customer service

  • Working knowledge of inventory and purchasing preferred
