Central Staff Scheduler

• Experience with shift scheduling a plus! 

• High school level of knowledge. 

• Associates degree in secretarial science or graduate of post secondary business school preferred. 

• Detail attentiveness required for this busy hospital department. Individual must be self-motivated and willing to self-direct.  

• Exceptional organizational skills a must. Ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments/projects with accuracy needed 

• Associates degree in secretarial science or graduate of post-secondary business school preferred.  

• Five years prior experience, with experience in both administrative support preferred. Proficiency with computer software.  

• Previous experience in healthcare environment preferred. 

The qualified candidate will: 

• Be responsible for creating shift schedules for 1-2 units in hospital setting. 

• Schedule staff coverage in order to ensure efficient and effective staffing patterns for the hospitals. 

• Perform the clerical duties required by Nursing Administration Division.
