Central Student Ministry Worship Pastor

Do you have a heart for students and a passion for leading them into powerful encounters with Jesus through worship? We’re looking for a dynamic, visionary leader to serve as our Student Ministry Worship Pastor across our six campuses.

Your Mission

You will be the central leader, vision caster, and developer for all middle school and high school worship experiences. Your goal is to ensure our worship is engaging, theologically sound, and culturally relevant for students while building and equipping strong, local, campus-level worship teams. You’ll be the bridge that ensures alignment and excellence across our entire Central Student Ministry team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the Vision: Define and implement a compelling, developmental worship philosophy for student ministries.
• Building Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor student and adult worship leaders at all six campuses, creating clear pathways for young musicians and vocalists to grow.
• Elevating Excellence: Develop song lists, set structures, and provide resources (charts, tracks, Planning Center integration, etc.) to ensure consistency and high quality across all environments.
• Fostering Unity: Create regular rhythms for all campus worship teams to connect, collaborate, and grow together.
• Core Ministry: Lead worship at central student events, develop annual worship strategy, and partner with Campus Student Pastors to support local ministry.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is around $58,000 - $75,000 depending on experience and skill set. • A Skilled Musician: You have strong vocal leadership ability and preferably are proficient on an instrument (guitar, keys, etc). You have working knowledge of worship tech platforms like Planning Center.
