Position: Centralized Leasing Specialist 

Location: The Monastery (Corporate Office) – Mt. Adams, OH

Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm

Pay Rate: $20 to $22 per hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus incentives

*Note: This position does NOT require travel and is NOT remote.

Make an Impact

In this role, you’ll provide essential remote/corporate leasing support to ensure our communities operate smoothly and residents receive timely, professional service. Provide remote/corporate leasing assistance to apartment communities throughout the Towne portfolio.

• Monitor community email inboxes, voicemails, and social media messages.
• Respond to resident requests and schedule appointments.
• Conduct remote leasing tours and provide administrative support during the absence of on-site community personnel.

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in apartment leasing or property management is required. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong organizational abilities. 
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and Yardi. 
• Collaborative and meticulous. 
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance for work use. 
• Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
