Position Overview

The Chief Executive Officer will serve as the primary strategic and operational leader of our organization, responsible for overall management, growth, and sustainability. This executive position requires a unique combination of business acumen, clinical expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis, and visionary leadership. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to establish organizational strategy, ensure financial health, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of clinical excellence and innovation.

Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans in collaboration with the Board of Directors to advance the organization's mission and expand service delivery


• Identify and pursue growth opportunities including new service lines, geographic expansion, and partnership development


• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure organizational success and clinical outcomes


• Stay current with ABA research, industry trends, and regulatory changes to position the organization as a leader in the field


• Represent the organization to external stakeholders including funding sources, regulatory agencies, community partners, and the media

Clinical Oversight & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all ABA services meet or exceed industry standards and evidence-based practice guidelines
