CEO - PE Industrial - Strong GTM and Sales focus

CEO - PE owned Industrial business. Remote with some travel to various facilities. $ base + bonus + equity

I am working with a private equity backed lower middle market industrial business, revenue c. $16m, embarking on their next stage of growth.

They are seeking a CEO to lead the business to 5 x revenue growth through organic growth and acquisition.

Candidates may be an established CEO/COO/President or someone with requisite experience looking for their first CEO role.

In any case, all candidates will have strong track record leading sales, go-to-market strategy, and building/leading a sales organization. Experience of P&L ownership and leadership is essential. M&A experience helpful.
