a national leader in ambulatory surgical care in
Lafayette, CO
.
Responsibilities for the CEO/Facility Administrator
·
Lead efforts to achieve high clinical standards and a zero-harm culture while collaborating with physicians to surpass patient expectations.
·
Build and nurture high-performing clinical teams, equipping them with the necessary authority, resources, and support.
·
Collaborate with key committees and governing bodies to develop and implement responsive clinical guidelines.
·
Drive growth by expanding service lines, recruiting physicians, and building strong relationships with healthcare partners.
·
Manage the center’s financial performance, strategic planning, and facility maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
·
Lead change initiatives, strengthen management teams, and effectively address personnel issues while supporting essential administrative functions.
Qualifications for the CEO/Facility Administrator
·
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent work experience will also be considered.
·
A minimum of 1-3 years in healthcare and at least 2 years in a leadership role is required.
·
Candidates with experience in ambulatory surgery centers, outpatient care, surgical sites, or multi-site healthcare settings will be given preference.
Compensation for the CEO/Facility Administrator
·
Salary: 130k-$155,000 annually
·
