Who We Are Looking For

We're searching for a highly driven, detail-oriented, and experienced electrical expert who possesses the entrepreneurial spirit to lead and significantly grow this services business. This role requires a hands-on approach to strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership.

Essential Qualifications

• Industry Leadership: 10+ years of comprehensive experience in the electrical industry, with a proven track record in electrical design, maintenance, or low-voltage installations.

• Operational Excellence: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of electrical services, including system diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, low-voltage system integration, and quality control.

• Business Development Acumen: Demonstrated success in client relationship management, securing new service contracts, bidding, estimating, and a strong ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities within existing commercial and residential markets.

• Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating a team of skilled electricians and technicians, fostering a productive work environment, and ensuring high service standards and safety compliance.

• Financial & Business Management: Significant experience in small business management, including budgeting, financial analysis, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning to maximize profitability within an electrical services context.

• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, low-voltage cabling, wiring, control systems, relevant materials, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

• Regulatory Understanding: A solid understanding of local and regional electrical codes (e.g., NEC), safety regulations (OSHA), licensing requirements, and permitting processes relevant to California.
