Who We Are Looking For

We're searching for a highly driven, detail-oriented, and experienced HVAC expert who possesses the entrepreneurial spirit to lead and significantly grow this services business. This role requires a hands-on approach to strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership.

Essential Qualifications

• Industry Leadership: 10+ years of comprehensive experience in the HVAC industry, with a proven track record of managing and scaling HVAC installation and service operations across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

• Operational Excellence: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of HVAC services, including system design, installation, maintenance, repair, diagnostics, and quality control.

• Business Development Acumen: Demonstrated success in client relationship management, securing new projects and service contracts, bidding, estimating, and a strong ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

• Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating a team of HVAC technicians and support staff, fostering a productive work environment, and ensuring high service standards and safety compliance.

• Financial & Business Management: Significant experience in small business management, including budgeting, financial analysis, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning to maximize profitability within an HVAC services context.

• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of various HVAC systems, energy efficiency solutions, relevant materials, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

• Regulatory Understanding: A solid understanding of local building codes, HVAC regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and licensing requirements relevant to the Greater Cincinnati area.
