Strong understanding of budgeting, profitability, labor management, and business operations.
Highly organized, analytical, and process-oriented.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight.
Comfortable working full-time from the office and maintaining a strong on-site leadership presence.
$170,000+ annually, depending on experience, with potential for additional compensation based on the overall package.
