Job Description - CEQA Project Manager Los Angeles and Kern County Markets

Full-time

Description

Lead CEQA document preparation and ensure procedural and technical accuracy for northern LA and Kern County projects.
Prepare EIRs, MNDs, Addenda, and Exemption Findings for projects of varying size and complexity.
Direct and mentor technical staff and environmental analysts.
Support private clients and government agencies with CEQA procedural guidance.
Manage scopes of work and schedules across a portfolio of LA and Kern County projects.
Represent the firm at public meetings, hearings, and client presentations.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of CEQA document preparation experience across EIRs, MNDs, Addenda, and Exemption Findings.
Experience managing project teams and client relationships.
Strong project management skills, results-driven, with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Effective and polished communicator
Strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with northern Los Angeles and/or San Diego County jurisdictions and agencies preferred.

$142,000.00 - $175,000.00
