At Waxing The City Winchester, we specialize in premium waxing services and skincare experiences in the heart of Winchester. We're looking for a passionate, licensed Cerologist / Esthetician to join our team of professionals who love empowering clients through confidence and care.

Job Summary:

As a Cerologist / Esthetician, you will provide high-quality waxing services in a clean, professional, and welcoming environment. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive client experience, educating on aftercare, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-body and facial waxing services for all genders using proper techniques and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room between clients
• Consult with clients to assess their needs, skin sensitivity, and offer pre/post-waxing advice
• Promote and sell aftercare products and additional services
• Uphold sanitation and hygiene protocols in compliance with state board regulations
• Build a loyal clientele through exceptional service and client retention practices
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated with industry trends

Qualifications:

• Valid state Esthetician or Cosmetologist License with waxing certification
• 1+ year of experience in body and facial waxing (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and a gentle, professional touch
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Work schedule

• Weekend availability
• Monday to Friday
