Job Summary
A Certification Operations Coordinator is the backbone of daily certification team operations. They ensure that crucial aspects of the IAPP's certification programs, from testing through continuing maintenance, run smoothly. Much of their daily work involves overseeing the ongoing and routine functions that are central to the certification cycle, while some responsibilities require responding to unexpected issues experienced by customers or other employees. Certification Operations Coordinators also assist in larger projects, such as product launches or process improvements.
