The Opportunity

As a High School Math Teacher, you’ll do more than teach equations — you’ll ignite a love of learning, set high expectations, and help students achieve academic excellence. You’ll collaborate with a talented, mission-driven team that values equity, innovation, and community.

What You’ll Do

• Plan & Deliver engaging, data-driven instruction aligned to Tennessee State Standards and STEM Prep’s college-prep curriculum.

• Inspire & Motivate students to meet the highest academic expectations.

• Collaborate with colleagues, families, and community partners to ensure student success.

• Adapt & Innovate using evidence-based strategies tailored to students’ needs.

• Support All Learners by implementing ELL and EE accommodations.

• Lead Beyond the Classroom through professional development, school-wide events, and serving as a test administrator.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (required).

• Tennessee Teaching License with the appropriate math endorsement.
