About the Role: 

As a Certified Aide in training, you will:  

• Participate in a fully paid, but required CNA coursework and on-the-job training


• Develop the skills needed to pass the state CNA certification exam


• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and passing medications.


• Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. 


• Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications.  

Open Shifts Available: 

• PRN


• Flexible scheduling

Qualifications: 

• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others


• Strong communication and teamwork abilities


• Must be at least 16 years old (or required minimum per Iowa regulations)
