Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized surgical first assistance during complex cardiovascular procedures
• Perform saphenous vein harvesting with precision and expertise
• Assist in surgical exposure and maintain hemostasis
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain sterile technique and surgical safety protocols
• Participate in pre- and post-operative patient care planning

Required Qualifications:

• Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
• Current Surgical First Assistant certification from a nationally accredited agency
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid BLS certification
• Demonstrated CVOR and vein harvesting experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
