HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join one of our top-tier outpatient rehabilitation partners in the Willis/Conroe, TX area. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized hand surgeons in a state-of-the-art clinic opened in May 2025.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Willis SMR Clinic (with shared time at The Woodlands Rockets Orthopedics Hospital)

• Certification Required: Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) must currently hold certification

• Relocation Assistance: Partial package available

• Start Date: July 2025 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Texas (required)

• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing OT

• Must be physically able to lift patients and equipment as required

Preferred Experience:

• Clinical training or certification in advanced therapy techniques

• Outpatient orthopedic or hand therapy setting experience

• Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary care teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans

• Deliver advanced therapeutic interventions for hand and upper extremity rehab

• Document all clinical activities accurately and in compliance with standards

• Serve as a mentor, clinical instructor, and key resource for team members

• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and rehab staff to ensure continuity of care

• Lead or contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and department initiatives
