Concierge Care is currently seeking Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to assist clients in private homes throughout Jacksonville and nearby communities. These are W-2 positions offering ongoing PRN scheduling, reliable office support, and no requirement for personal liability insurance.

Position Highlights:

  Weekly Pay: $18–$22 per hour depending on the client assignment (W-2 employee)

  Ongoing Client Cases: PRN roles with steady long-term opportunities

  Daytime Hours: Shifts designed to fit a balanced schedule

  Supportive Office Team: Assistance from onboarding through active cases

Qualifications Required:

• 
  

  Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved training program (experience from another agency alone does not qualify)

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

  
  


• 
  

  CPR certification

  
  


• 
  

  Social Security card

  
  


• 
  

  Health statement from within the last 6 months confirming you are free of communicable diseases

  
  

Required Training / CEUs:

• 
  

  2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication
