Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Eminence Home Care is currently looking for a compassionate and skilled Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing essential personal care and support services to our clients in their homes. Your primary goal will be to enhance the quality of life for these individuals, assisting them with daily activities while fostering a safe and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence.
• Provide companionship and support to clients, ensuring their emotional well-being.
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the relevant healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Deliver services in a respectful and dignified manner, promoting clients’ independence.

• Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to follow care plans and directives from nursing staff.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in home care is a plus but not required.
