Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety.
• Administer prescribed medications and track clients' health conditions.
• Prepare meals that meet clients' dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care needs.

• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) is required.
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine compassion for others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans accurately.
