Abernathy Home Care is actively hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care services for seniors and adults throughout Malden, Melrose, Medford, Stoneham, Everett, Revere, Saugus, Reading, Wakefield, and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)


• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation


• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed


• Perform light housekeeping and laundry


• Provide companionship and emotional support


• Observe and report changes in client condition


• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies


• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification


• Current TB test or chest X-ray


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and responsibly


• Authorization to work in the United States
