Requirements: 

• Must be a Certified Home Health Aide with the NJ Board of Nursing


• Must have PPD (w/in 1 year) or Chest X-ray


• Must have MMR vaccinations or titer test


• Must have a recent work physical (w/in 1 year)


• Must have driver's license and reliable transportation
