Job Description - Certified Industrial Hygienist

Worksite: On-site
Location: College Park, GA
Position: Full-Time

Duties:

Report individual duty status daily and maintain a log of tasks in progress and completed.
Perform design reviews for ventilation, illumination, and other industrial hygiene-related concerns during planning and construction projects.
Review, offer constructive criticism, and edit industrial hygiene reports, regulations, guidelines, and other publications.
Create presentations, training handouts, and other educational documents to support meetings and training events.
Maintain familiarity with applicable U.S. laws, DoD policies, and Army regulations.
Travel up to 5 times per year, each lasting about a week.

Requirements:

College degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Board for Global Environmental Health and Safety Credential of Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Windows, Acrobat Adobe, and general computer operation.
Previous experience working with military service members is encouraged but not required.
