Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Certified Land Surveyor to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid technical background, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering accurate and reliable data to support engineering and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform field surveys to establish property boundaries, topography, and site features.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS/GNSS systems, and digital levels.
• Prepare detailed survey documents, including plats, legal descriptions, and topographic maps.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and planners to ensure survey data aligns with project requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of all survey records in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Provide expert testimony or documentation support in legal matters when necessary.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Certified Survey Technician (CST) or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying, with a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
