Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Location: Maple Grove, MN

Schedule: Rotating shifts Monday-Sunday, 12-hour days (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)

Hours: 72 hours per 2-week pay period

Hourly Rate: $22.23-$27.37 (based on experience)

Position Overview

Join a reputable clinic in Maple Grove, MN, where you'll manage patient flow and support providers in delivering high-quality care across all age groups. This role blends hands-on clinical support with administrative duties in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care:

• Perform rooming procedures, immunizations, injections, and collect lab specimens
• Support prescription refills, conduct phlebotomy and point-of-care tests
• May assist with x-rays (if certified), telephone support, and patient communications

Clinic Support:

• Provide front desk and check-in assistance
• Manage supply ordering and inventory
• Handle prior authorizations as needed

Compliance & Coordination:

• Follow clinical guidelines under RN or provider supervision
• Maintain EMR accuracy and patient confidentiality
• Participate in staff education, compliance reporting, and quality improvement

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant credential
• Ability to perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and basic clinical duties
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with patient-centered care across the lifespan
