Job Description - Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff

Communicate effectively with your co-workers

Patient care including prescriptions and phone calls

Surgery assistant

Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner

Qualifications:

2 years previous medical office experience

Dermatology MA/Scribe experience preferred

Strong organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Accuracy and accountability for all duties and responsibilities

Attention to detail

Team spirit

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Peninsula Dermatology is the largest Dermatology practice in Burlingame. We are a full-service practice offering expert diagnosis and treatment of all skin, hair and nail diseases. Our 5 dermatologists are board certified and highly trained. We are very dedicated to our patients and are happy to answer any questions about conditions or procedures. We offer important dermatologic services including MOHS surgery, IPL therapy, skin cancer treatment, vascular treatment, fillers, phototherapy, photodynamic therapy, lasers, skin surgery and cosmetic procedures.

We can accommodate patients with little wait time and have ample free parking.

We also provide a variety of skincare products that we have researched and find useful for a variety of skin care needs.
