Certified Medical Assistant
Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Certified Medical Assistant
**Sign-On for Eligible New Hires**
Work location\: 2000 Cooper Street - Suite 120 Fort Worth, TX 76104
Work hours\: Full-time; 40 hours weekly; Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)

Here’s What You Need
High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
CMA - Current Medical Assistant Certification (REQUIRED)
Successful completion of THPG Clinical Training (CT) educational program with demonstrated competency in required skills - within 90 days of job entry (REQUIRED)
NCT - Non-certified Radiologic Technician training may e required upon hire (PREFERRED)
Willing to consider a new CMA that has completed an Externship
1 year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant (PREFERRED)
BCLS upon hire (REQUIRED)
What You Will Do
Delivers care to patients utilizing the Certified Medical Assistant Process
Conducts patient check out, surgery scheduling and post operative calls as primary function of position
Communicates with patient regarding test results and plan of care by phone or mail as directed by physician
Provides for patient safety and protection of patient privacy rights
May work in the front office as needed
May perform other duties as assigned by practice manager, more senior staff, or as requested by healthcare provider(s)
