We offer great benefits and a collaborative, mission-driven work environment. We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (MA) to serve as a key support and coordination lead for our Behavioral Health Program. In this position, the MA will support behavioral health providers while helping to ensure seamless care delivery across in-person and telehealth services. The role includes coordinating patient care, managing provider schedules, and fostering effective collaboration with external telehealth partners. The MA will play a critical role in supporting continuity of care, enhancing patient access, and contributing to positive patient outcomes

  • Ability to exhibit behaviors consistent with organizational values (efficiency, safety, teamwork, compassion, integrity, and respect).
  • Previous experience supporting behavioral health or telehealth services, preferred.
  • Experience with care coordination, referral management, or program support.
