T- 10:00a - 7:00p

W - 9:00a - 1:00-p

Th - 9:00a - 6:00p

Ages newborn and up.

Have to have Phlebotomy experience.

2 years or more of recent work experience.

BLS/CPR

Client is looking for a provider with in a 30 mile radius.
