We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused CMA, LPN, or Phlebotomist with venipuncture experience to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The Certified Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Phlebotomist supports providers and patients by performing clinical, laboratory, and administrative tasks. This role requires professionalism, strong patient interaction skills, and the ability to maintain smooth clinic operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, including vitals, health history, and preparation for appointments.
- Conduct venipuncture and other specimen collection procedures.
- Support laboratory operations, including processing, labeling, and preparing specimens for transport.
- Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam and procedure rooms.
- Assist with patient education, instructions, and follow-up communication.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, check-in, and EMR documentation.
- Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent service.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Phlebotomist.
- Venipuncture experience required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Patient-focused and adaptable in a team setting.
- Prior experience in a medical, wellness, or aesthetic setting preferred.
- Comfort using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
