Position Summary:

Our Certified MedicationAide is an employee certified to administer medications, in accordance withstate and federal laws, under the supervision of licensed staff to residentswithin Americare Assisted Living Communities. Provides personal care includingADL's, housekeeping, assist with meals and other tasks needed to assure qualityof life in a home like environment while offering additional support to familyand visitors. Maintains professional behavior while functioning as aninterdisciplinary team member meeting state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications/ Education/Experience/Skills:

Education:

High school graduate or minimum age of 18 year of age
Licenses/Certifications:

Completion of a Certified Medication Aide/Med Level One course and obtain certification in the state of MO
Training at the Community to obtain Med Level One course certification
Must be kept active and in good standing
