Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

As a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA), you will play an important role in supporting patients throughout their rehabilitation and recovery journey.

How You'll Contribute

A Certified Nursing Aide who excels in this role:

• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Provides emotional support and compassionate patient care.
• Monitors and reports changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Assists with meals, feeding, hydration, and patient comfort needs.
• Answers call lights and responds promptly to patient requests.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
• Supports nurses and the interdisciplinary team in delivering exceptional patient care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Completion of a Nursing Assistant training program required.

Licensure & Certifications

• Current State of Florida CNA certification required.
• Current CPR/BCLS certification required.

Experience

• Minimum six months of experience in an acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred.
