Description

All Pro ELITE, the region’s only nurse-led luxury staffing concierge, is seeking experienced CNAs for exclusive Companion roles in high-end private homes. As a Platinum Care Partner, you’ll provide non-medical companion care and lifestyle support for discerning families—while being employed directly by the client.

Important Notice:
All Pro ELITE is a referral and placement agency only. If selected, you will be introduced to the client/family, who will become your direct employer. All Pro ELITE does not serve as your employer and does not provide payroll, benefits, or ongoing supervision. We assist with matching and can help negotiate your pay and terms. Once you accept a role, the client/family is your sole employer and point of contact.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide companionship, conversation, and social engagement
• Assist with errands, appointments, and light household tasks
• Support client safety and general supervision (no hands-on/personal care in NJ)
• Offer a polished, discreet, and service-oriented presence in the home
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced CNAs (minimum 2 years, active certification required)
• Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence
• Polished, reliable, and discreet professionals
• Multi-lingual and culturally sensitive candidates highly preferred
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong references and ability to pass a background check

Salary:
$28–$35 an hour (commensurate with experience; paid directly by client)

Payment Frequency:
Weekly or bi-weekly, as agreed with your employer (the client/family)
