Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), Assisted Living, FT and PT

Seafields by Bishop Gadsden is preparing to open its brand-new Assisted Living neighborhood on beautiful Kiawah Island, and we're looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to help create the culture, connections, and experiences that will define this community for years to come.

As a CNA, you'll be a vital part of each resident's day by:

• Assisting with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
• Providing personal care according to individualized care plans
• Supporting residents during meals and dining experiences
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition
• Documenting care accurately in the electronic health record
• Collaborating with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment

 What We Need In A Candidate:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Active South Carolina CNA Certification
• Listed in good standing on the South Carolina Nurse Aide Registry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to excellence
