Position: Certified Nursing Assistant / Direct Support Professional

Location: Medical Group Home

Your Role

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) like hygiene, meals, dressing, and mobility
• Administer medications and document care in an electronic record system
• Prepare meals and help with eating 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home
• Support community outings and educational or skill-building activities
• Use Mandt training for safe, respectful behavioral support

Full-Time Work Schedule

• Day: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (preferred shift)
• Overnight: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Some scheduling flexibility is available for the right candidate.
