At The Avaline at River Oaks, CNAs are more than caregivers—they're everyday heroes. You’ll play a vital role in enhancing quality of life by supporting residents with daily activities, fostering connections, and being a consistent and trusted presence.

What You'll Do:

  Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility)

  
  


• 
  

  Foster a positive, supportive environment for residents and their families

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

  
  


• 
  

  Document care provided in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines

  
  


• 
  

  Work collaboratively with nursing staff, other CNAs, and leadership to ensure residents receive the highest level of care
