PRN Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the

Mckeesport, PA

and surrounding areas. This role offers the chance to directly provide patient care within homes, truly making a difference in the lives of our patients.

What You'll Do

Provide hands-on personal care including but not limited to bathing, dressing, changing bed linens, skin care to prevent breakdown, toileting activities and tidying the patient's living area
Assist with ambulation or exercises according to the plan of care
Observing and reporting on the patient's overall condition
Performing range of motion and other simple exercise assistance as stated in care plan that is within scope of practice of the CNA
Adheres to all company policies and procedures
Follows documentation requirements and guidelines
About You

You are a licensed CNA in the Commonwealth of PA
You have experience with electronic charting
You have a valid PA driver's license and state required auto insurance
CPR certification required
Home Health Experience preferred but not required
